Oaktech's Response to the Source Segregation Requirement in Paragraph 7A of Schedule 3 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 2nd May 2006 Oaktech has submitted a response to Defra's consultation on the source segregation requirement for organic outputs on land. It is Oaktech's position that if technological solutions such as ArrowBio which can produce soil improving material from mixed wastes legislative barriers should not be in place for its use on land where it will provide benefits. This is on the proviso that the waste facilities can constantly demonstrate soil improving material constantly meets predetermined physical and chemical standards such as the BSI PAS 100.
